I thought about getting fat graft for the undereye, but now Im not sure, if its just fat or bad infras. If I also have recessed infras, please tell me if fat graft would be enough or what surgery would benefit me more (brutal overbite btw:feelswhy:)

Your infras are recessed. I would get implant and fat grafts if i were you tbh

Treat the real problem not the symptom. The real problem is lack of maxillary bone expansion so get MARPE/MSE then get double jaw surgery if needed, then get fat grafts and fillers.

If not you’ll regret it. MSE is like $10k in Midwest and can be covered if you get sleep apnea diagnosed or some shit

with expansion you mean forward or width?

ur chins also recessed

I wouldn't agree on what's prescribed above about infraorbital implant, you are lacking in a little bit of fat in the region, ROI (return of investment) would be pretty bad if you do get infra implant , plus that it will look bad in comparasion to your paranasal area.

I dont think my maxilla is recessed. it may be too narrow though. by the way, i dont think ill get some bone surgery, implants or something like that, especially not infra implants, cause I saw some bad results.

Almost everyone has a slightly recessed maxilla, you too. For some its worse for some a little better

yes, but what is return of investment?

He means that infras are higher risk, and more expensive and won’t ascend you too much.

And that fat grafts are safer, cheaper, and may give you a similar result to implants 👍

Basically how good you benefit from a surgery or not, but not surgery in general, for everything.

Narrow maxilla is basically less ot equal than 6 theeths shown, but it also depends on alot of factors.
