Something to do with the hairline, I think that's the biggest sticking point about your face. Hairline lowering surgery for instance

@pinterest while your morph is tastefully done, nearly all its alterations are unrealistic from a surgical perspective.

> you can't increase the palpebral fissure length, or marginally so
> the iris has been enlarged ; only contacts can achieve this (and it won't look as good as natural irises)
> the commissure can be increased (commissuroplasty), but the consensus is that it doesn't look good/natural, or is done in a way that doesn't generate a truly significant improvement
> the lower lip cannot be augmented, but with fillers, and it'll look gay
> the ears can be pinned, but very few surgeons will reduce the size by tissue extraction (using folds and creases to conceal the sutures) ; it can be done though. Note : the before/after's I've seen only looked ok, not great.
> leaning out and a minimal genioplasty might make your jaw frontal angle more acute, but not to the extent shown in your morph (I could be wrong though)
> filler in the gonion usually doesn't make the latter as sharp as in your morph

That said, to answer the question in the title of this thread, you could go ahead with :
- otoplasty
- oculoplastics (upper bleph, infra implant and/or fat grafting, maybe canthoplasty if your current tilt really bothers you)
- maybe fillers
- softmaxxes, like minoxidil for the eyebrows, bimatoprost for the eyelashes, and dyeing both (as simulated in your morph) ; leaning out and/or fat dissolvers ; etc.

Once you're done with the above, reassess, and move on to another hardmax if you deem it necessary.
