so basically im 19, 180cm and im considering surgery
i have 6k on my bank acc rn and im getting a nose job on august, my nose is like my main flaw and i want advice on what other surgeries i should do? no matter how risky it is, the only one ive done so far is buccal fat removal, cheap asf and it doesnt even hurt

Get surgical procedure for wider lips(idk what is called)
Get jaw reducton. Jaw frontal angle is a failo and looks like your jaw is far wider than cheekbones.
