Your lower third doesn't look bad enough to do anything drastic tbh. Honestly overall you seem like the kind of guy fillers were made for (normal looking but wants some standout jaw) maybe try those. You have an already pleasant looking face and it would be stupid to do something expensive that could fuck up your harmony, look weird or have bad side effects. With filler if it looks bad just dissolve it when you feel like it. Leave the implants to us guys with legit skeletal deficiencies

You have possibly noticed that your jaw is asymmetric. Jaw surgery can fix jaw asymmetries. You can learn more on this webpage of a maxliofacial surgeon's website. Yours I reckon is a skeletal asymmetry, but only doctors can confirm that with X-rays or CT scans. It looks like your jaw and chin are sheared to the right of your face. Sometimes implants can patch asymmetry, and the implants can be inserted through cuts in the mouth so there's no scar.

I am drawn to your lips and lip inclination. I'm not certain but I think you do, so I will ask @lurking truecel and @geenk worg for their opinion on whether you have lip incompetence. I think you do mildly. I'm wondering what your bite is like.

I suppose the pertinent question for you is how much does your asymmetric lower third bother you. If it doesn't much, then I give the same advice as Koops in this thread.

If your asymmetric jaw is no problem, then your jawline, chin and jaw angles are some that can reap big rewards from filler. A little amount of filler is harmless and wont make you bogged, and it can be removed or dissolved with medication where something unpredictable has happened. Some filler in your cheekbones can also help define your jaw. Filler is far easier on your wallet and time.

I can't suggest genioplasty, because it might make your asymmetry more pronounced. You have to know what is the cause before you can start considering jaw surgery. There was this thread where a guy told us how he enhanced an asymmetry of his chin with a genioplasty, and that was hard to read.

If you're serious, the next step is to contact a surgeon and get a consultation, and ask them about genioplasty, because they will take you to have a CT scan and will have their own comment and considerations about your asymmetry. Otherwise you can pay to get a CT scan but will have no experts to evaluate it. The CT Scan will reveal the cause of your asymmetry if you can tell me that your bite is all normal.

Looks like he has moderate mentalis strain. (the muscle is working overtime to try and close the lips)

Yes I noticed, it's really obvious from some angles and photos. I had braces when I was 13-14 and my bite is actually fine, so I think its a skeletal asymmetry. I was also a mouth breather, so my lower third completley fucked. I was thinking about getting fillers what do you think I should do
