Which surgeries will ascend me to HTN?

I was thinking of first tackling the foundational issues, such as my down grown jaw and recession. So a CCW rotation and bimax would help.

The rest would be to address my lack of bone mass, so implants for jaw angles, chin, cheekbones, paranasal, etc.

I have a job so covering the costs wouldn't be a problem, I just need to get multiple perspectives on what I should do.
