Which surgeries would Improve ONLY the gonions and leave the rest of the mandible alone?

My lower third is decent, good chin projection, good jaw width, long mandible, etc, however from the side my gonial angle is clearly on the higher side. My gonions are also slightly inward. It's similar to Sean O'pry except im not fucking sean tier facial harmony so I can't afford these jaw failos. What type of implants or surgery are best in this case so I can get a more masculine gonial angle/flared gonions?
