Which surgeries would you reccomend to fix narrow head/jaw and long midface?

My main flaw is my narrow head which i hope to fix by age 20. Im not sure what surgery i want to get though. I would like to avoid the crazy surgeries like leforts but honestly if you think that that or some other one could help me then I will consider it.
