Which surgery can I get for my downward growth?

Someone told me

"surgery can’t fix ur downward growth they can’t ccw rotate ur mandible for better finial angle and they can only ccw rotate area of lefort1 area so ur still gonna be downward grown in the mandible and lefort 3 area minus the lefort 1 area so better start mewing".

lf1 ccw, + implant for paransal, zygo and forehead, maybe shave lower part of cheekbone to remove downgrown sagging look.

would probably even do more
impossible to predict soft tissues tho
