Just punch your nose and jaw and its free
I prefer bone grafting tho, its more natural and less invasive, it could also reduce your hip to clavicle ratio as you would be extracting bone from there, but before bone grafting you should have done a CCW and then you can start putting bone in your face, for me its really the best surgery option but nobody talks about it here
They are about the same price but bimax could be done for free if you have any problems like difficulty breathing
