Any big US city is easy to mog in. It's the smaller US cities that have mostly white people, which will make you realize how much ethnics lower the average male height in the US.

I went to a small town in upstate NY one time called New Paltz. It's a university town filled with whites. I felt like the average height for a zoomer was 6'2 there. I saw a few white guys who looked to be about 6'5 and a few white women who looked to be about 6 feet - 6'1

Just because there are large ethnic groups in a state doesn't mean the entire population is like that. The ones who are in the competition for good looking women aren't those ethnic groups anyway so they don't really matter.

And no state is a Chad central. A certain state will not have more "good looking men" compared to others, but richer men with more status? Sure, and that creates the Halo effect that they are "chads"
