Specifically anything within the lower third, looking at chin implants, jaw implants, genio, maybe bimax etc

noone is going to be able to give you a proper answer based on descriptions or pictures alone. i suggest you go to an orthodontist and get a consult with a maxillofacial surgeon and get all your scans done for a proper diagnosis. then research all procedures independently and make a decision based on all information you have. that's what I'm doing right now

also just get jaw filler a lot of the time it has similar if not better results than jaw implants
