Which X-Ray's, 3D's, photos, etc... should I get for before/after comparisons?

I need to obtain all the necessary studies before starting my Journey to make a comparison in the future. How can I get the best photos with good angle/quality/lighting? Cone beam for 3D studies of my palate, maxilla, etc...? Ceph and Extraoral X-ray? I hope to be the first mewer on earth to see my anecdotal success of it.
