U fr?

Im done with accutane june june 1st

How long after that i can use ts

is it a permanent fix ir would the pie come back after u stop using

Doesn’t this give you a bad rebound effect if you stop using it? I don’t think it’s a permanent/real solution

Unfortunately temporary effect, and in some cases the rebound will make it 10x worse

what PIE stand for

for your nose yes, but PIE is literally caused by clots of blood storing up and shit and is to do with blood vessels. Once that shit is cleared unless u get acne again, it isnt showing up again

PIE is broken blood vessels in your skin caused by damage or inflammation. These vessels dilate and stay dilated which causes the appearance of a red spot. Oxymetazoline constricts the dilated capillary but the effect is temporary and your skin looks the same or worse when it wears off.

this rebound has shown to have with bromanadine, even days when i dont use oxymetazoline, i realized it doesnt get worser.

Even this derm says it

seen some people say it has a rebound effect is this true?
not with the PIE. The study did it on this didnt have this. Its only for nasal congestion where u can get rebound. Using it on the skin externally doesnt cause this

Fr Idk do I need to spray it in nose or on face
you spray it on a cotton swab and just apply to your scars, just be careful and don't put it near your facial hair as it can restrict the blood vessels and basically cut off most of the nutrients for your facial hair ( kinda the opposite of minoxidil ). Don't forget to put it day and night, in the morning apply it before spf and at night apply it right after moisturizer. use atleast 0.50mg oxy spray and read this thread for more info its helpful as shit.

rebound effect is only for congested nose, some studies say its a 0.2 - 2% chance of rebound. if ts doesnt work im just gonna go down the laser route

it only comes back worse if you choose to use brimonidine instead of oxymetazoline, also so far no rebounding for me

Can I use while on accutane?
most likely yes, test for irritation first. Im using topical tret and oxymetazoline and have no effects of drying or irritation

on the areas effected by PIE or redness yes
Can u link the product u bought on pms, so just spray it on ur face and spread it all evenly?

I saw this thread a while ago and struggle badly from pie was wondering if any of yall were able to source the actual cream itself or a higher percentage nasal spray. I remember all the sprays I've seen are a crazy low oxymetazoline percentage?
