bc you shouldn't be taking dnp if you're at an age where your hgh levels are significant enough to affect your growth

Put on a good diet and increase ur T levels that should do the work
I eat like shit but Im always lean and jacked since I was a kid, all comes down to hormone levels am I right

yeah i told you i ate like crazyy brahh, i always had a crazy fast metabolism too starting to get fat

Don't do dnp bro. Just do moderate intensity cardio for 2-3 hours a day and omad. I maintained a single digit bodyfat this way for almost year
