there is currently a court case going on in australia - ai can probably explain it better than me - but since passing new hate speech laws many australian white nationalist groups have been underfire
last year the national socialist network of australia was disbanded
there is currently a court case between the white australia party v commonwealth challenging these laws - if the commonwealth wins it creates precedence for the government to ban political parties
I personally believe the white australia party will lose and be disbanded
