The way it works is the blacks are committing crime, and then they bitch when the cops naturally target them more in pulling them over, and when it was legal stop and frisk. As shitty as cops are , and I myself have dealt with those pigs, their a needed evil. Look at the chaos that's happened in places like LA where they lowered bail requirements a lot ,including for violent offenders. Without proper rules society crumbles.
