Something that is commonly overlooked is Sclera brightness (the white part of your eyes). This improves the sharpness/healthy appearance of the eyes, increasing halo. It also improves brightness of colouring of the eyes.

I have put together this simple 5 minute protocol to address this oversite and plan to implement it over the next 4 weeks to understand efficiency. This information is based off of several journal articles I'd be happy to cite if people are interested.

1. Drink 500ml of water the moment you wake up (gives a solid 1/2hr buffer to avoid dehydration around the eyes first thing)
2. Apply hydrating eye drops; 1–2 drops in each eye. Blink evenly to spread evenly
3. Cold compress the eyelid with refridgerated spoon 30/60s
4. Wash hands with cold water, massage orbital bone 1min to reduce puffiness/enhance percieved whiteness

This should work, as stated will update in 4 weeks.

How low IQ do you need to be to put a simple 200 words protocol into AI checker and be suprised when it comes out saying its AI positive. If you think this is a complex enough protocol I would need ai to cook it up, i'm afraid you might be retarded. These are the initial articles I read which I conducted the thread and halo methodology from https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9691750/. https://www.researchgate.net/public...ng_the_evolution_of_human_eye_appearanceThere are also 100 others, which observe the same thing.

Cites reducing inflamation, proactivelty reducing redness with cold compress. https://www.researchgate.net/public...cular_changes_after_cold_compress_application

Cites Whitening eye drops benefit https://healthcare.utah.edu/healthf...ld I use Eye-Whitening,What About Going Blue? (I planned to use hydrating drops it states "continued constriction of blood vessels can cause them to become even more dilated than normal when the effect wears off".

Cites the importance of water for eye health and overall appearance. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9240575/
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20447396/ - also illustrated can make eyes appear longer reducing hunter eyes, will use in another thread.

Unfortunately theres not many articles which genuinely demonstrate a direct corrolation between sclera whitening and this. The information gathered and the basis of the protocol came from several optitions websites, the main one I used to formulate the protocol was this - https://www.nvisioncenters.com/eye-health/whiten-your-eyes/. If you have contradictory research I'd love to hear it. If you're a 17 year old running ai checkers on new accounts I'd infer this is your way of coping with some inadiquacy in your life. Pattern up lil nigga.

I'm glad sherlocks here. I don't know if you've attended university, but essentially all AI checkers are complete shit. Anything that is <400 words can come back as AI. I posted another thread about 30 minutes ago which is probably 1000 words, detailing bloating and a small guide towards my experience with managing it. Run that through an AI checker if you feel like it
