White facial hair - vellus hairs?

So I started growing out my "beard" for the first time ever and there's lots of hairs that are white (or blonde?) even though they seem to be terminal hairs at least in terms of thickness.

But there's a bunch of clear vellus or transitional hairs too.

I'm pretty sure I've always had those white hairs pretty much ever since I've grown facial hair, but only really noticed them now when growing it out. I'm 21.

Is it possible for terminal hairs to remain white for a while before turning dark or is it over for my greying genetics??? Should I blast minox??
