WHITE HAIR IN 20s

I know a lot of people might just say “dye your hair” but I’d rather fix the root cause than just mask it. So if anybody has experience with fixing this let me know what you did or what could be causing premature white hairs. If it’s just genetics I’m not sure, but nobody in my family has had white hairs this early. Let me know

stress obv. i started getting whites at fkn 16. At 25 I started dyeing my hair every now and then just accept it bruh
