White hair on my chest

I just noticed a long, thick strand of white hair on my chest. I started getting white strands on my head since 19, and on my face since 2-3 years ago. Now it's the first time I see white hair on chest. From what I've read, the next place would be the pubic area, and then it's pretty much over.
I'm 38, what can I do?
