i live in a coastal area i dont go out that much i see this white masked black person (very tall) looking through my window blankly staring in my soul every single week in different time stomps mostly night, there is a spesific window in my house where i occasionaly look and observe and i started to see this guy at least 3 times a week and i started to worry because he started to make a direct eye contact with me rather than minding his own business i dont know what to do stuff like that are rare to happen but i started to wonder if this guy could be a threat or not
