white people eat too much meat thus age and norwood faster. asians especially SEA get enough protein but dont rely on meat as a staple. there are benefits to lean muscle meats such as protein creatine and selenium. but the drawbacks are also high: such as rich in shitty amino acids like methionine tryptophan and cysteine. best is probably liver and brain / shellfish. but milk is the best protein source possible its why punjabis are the tallest in asia major and also dont age like shit.
