Today at the Amsterdam airport, I legitimately wore traditional Islamic / Pakistani clothing and I had a lot of luggage and spoke loudly in a foreign language and they didn’t even do a “random check”.

Walked right past airport military guards who are all white, without being “randomly searched” or them checking my luggage to see if I was smuggling any goods. Despite being the most ethnic guy there.

I have been stopped by cops a few times. Sometimes guards in a store will follow me. I don't think your explanation is right in this particular case.
