White race classification, who is white?

Recently there have been many posts discussing the question of wether slavs are white or not, to know if they are white we first need to define what white means and to do that we need to know what race means.

Race is any classificatipn based on appearance. This includes skin color (white, black, yellow), bone structure (mongoloid, european, eastafrican) and really anything else. Since you can be more or less specific with race you can also group more specific races like east germanic, west slavic and anglosaxon into bigger more general races like white. The lowest subdivision of races is generally considered to be phenotypes.

So what races are white? Any race that has light skincolor(at most tanned), compact cheekbones, tall/mediumtall skull and tall frame is considered white. This limits us to these regions:
-Scandinavia (Finland is considered white despite cheekbones because of near 100% blonde population and extremely white skin)
-East germanics (Germany France and microcountries)
-West slavs (Hungarians are not slavs)
-South slavs (Albanians are not slavs)
-Brittain/Ireland
-Iberia
-Australia
-North americans (Canada, USA and some islands, not latin america)
-Argentina
