(hierarchy from highest to lowest)
1) Nordic
2) Dinaric/Cro-Magnon
3) Ost Baltic
4) Alpine
5) Mediterranean

any of those types can he found anywhere from north Africa through Europe and all the way to Afghanistan

u can't state that whatever ethnicity is or isnt white its completely individual
even a swede (especially swedes tho) can be non white submongoloid looking like albino nigger
