I have been a fan of white rice. But I’ve recently known that eating white rice is actually bad for your looksmaxing, causes bloating and it’s refined carbs.

I feel so depressed from this betrayal from my favourite cereal. I don’t what to do.

White rice IMO is the #1 most overrated food for both bodybuilding, and especially lean/looksmaxxing.

High calorie to volume ratio making it extremely easy to overeat. Low to zero potassium which absolutely causes water retention in combination with it being predominately carbohydrates.

Potatoes DESTROY rice. High potassium, high micronutrients, high volume to calorie ratio, and ranked the #1 food on the satiety index. Bodybuilders, and gymcels often switch to potatoes when cutting due to these reasons. Not realizing, that's what makes it the best starch for staying lean yearround, and gaining muscle while staying lean.

Start eating potatoes as your primary carb source. Been doing this for almost a year, and have stayed effortlessly lean while gaining muscle
