doesnt hurt at all . ive been like to dentist 30 times past 2 years ( No joke ) cuz i had tons of tooth decay and i also had to do whitening for my teeths .

And in my younger years I brush my teeth with fluoride tooth paste and it stained probably
It looks less obvious over time
