If you don’t have white teeth you aren’t trying hard enough, literally nothing is easier. I went from yellow to pearly white teeth in 2 weeks just from whitening strips and brushing twice a day

40-50% H2O2 few times a year is the most cost effective and rapid improvement Imo.
