Really? Do you live in Canada/USA? It’s pretty common here. I’d say the two most common interracial relationships I see in public are either BMWF or WMAF. Otherwise, it’s rare to see another combination.
However, if you live in Europe, Asia, etc, I wouldn’t be surprised if you haven’t seen it, as it’s probably frowned upon for black people to date locals. Black people have good SMV in Canada/USA but have low SMV elsewhere, maybe due to stereotypes and dark skin.
