There’s a 2024 study from Sex Roles journal on Asian American women (mostly Gen Z) that actually found they now rate Asian men higher than White men for both dating and physical attraction. It looks like younger Asian women are starting to prefer their own guys more.Even in Asia itself, things have changed. Local guys are getting taller, fitter, richer, and more confident. A lot of Western guys who go there now say it’s way more competitive than it was 10–15 years ago. Being white still gives you some attention, especially in certain countries, but it’s no longer the automatic cheat code a lot of people think it is.
