What can I do to make my skin pale,
If pale skin is skin tone 1 then I'm skin tone 2
I need to make it pale by winter incase it isn't pale by then because shit weather, too many clouds and barely any UV here

Youve probably already figured ts out by now but if you havent, just wear spf50 PA++++ sunscreen every day and take glutathione (injected not oral) at like 1500mg eod if you can afford that much

thing is, i dont think i need to inject glutathione cus from what ive seen, the people injecting are darkskin indians and somalis
but im not dark skin
i just want to be pale for winter
im like same or slightly lighter than the meditaranean niggas

I’m in the same boat, I was born white and got tan as I went, but you can take N-acetyl Glutathione orally it just absorbs like dog shit because it has to go through your digestive system so imo it’s more bang for your buck if you inject, and you just do an intramuscular injection in your shoulder it really ain’t that bad and you can stop when you reach your desired lightness, but it’s up to u.

most People do 1500mg a day but that’s expensive asf especially if your doing oral do anything over 1000 is good, and 2000mg liposamal vitamin C
