depends, personally i don't smoke or drink coffee

itll last you a good year or 2 if you take proper care of them (just brush 2 times a day) but if you wanna keep that shiny look you could do it every 6 - 8 months again but im pretty sure it would damage ur teeth

I've used whitening Colgate toothpaste 3x a week for over a year now and i keep getting compliments. Do with that what you want but i would consider trying it out before going next level.
