its bad for your health to sleep in a dirty bed,

imagine all the dirtiness you accumulate in a day then go to sleep in those same sheets if you dont shower beforehand

i wash my pillows n bedsheets once a week to prevent acne (and i still somehow get acne)

I wash my fitted sheet once every 9 days. One of the pillowcases gets thrown in my usual clothes wash which is every 3 days. The fur throw which I use as my 'flat sheet' or blanket is washed about every 3 weeks.
