such a deep question. i really dont know who i am besides my consciousness + awareness and that this is dynamic. i wonder about past lives. i dont know of them but i dont know of them being not. and i feel like multiple people in my own life right now. and i feel like im something else than what is known now. like if u were a baby u have a lot more ptoential, u shouldnt just think "well im a useless baby" . i dont really fear death. i dont believe in it anyway cuz i dont care, but if i did, i also wouldnt care too much. id be curious

i like to think about killing myself a lot but not in a suicide way in a way of killing my old self abd becoming stronger. yet im still here rotting as a useless incel so maybe its cope. im in psychosis which also complicates my identity. if i am psychotic, how can i trust that any of my thouhgts are actually useful? if i stop believing in my thouhgts, then im just depressed... yet then to fix this i end up coping

u made a contradiction by mentioning u dont know yourself then mentioned past lives. how do you know if you are yourself if your consciousness travelled from another dimension (past life) to this one. how do you know thats not the real you (which you dont even know)
