if you already have decent upper third with good pheno but your looks are down to Normie level because of bad lower third .

Causes : bad recession in lower third ( sagittaly ) , short lower third and/ or maxilla ( SFScel ) , bad bite ( class 2 or 3 even if class 2 results = overbites moggs underbite usually ) , narrow jaw ( need ramus widening ) , downgrowth

bonus : ascend more if good bone mass in chin / mandible but not visible because of recession ( need X Ray to check ) , long and large Ramus
