Who are in greater abundance: alpha blacks or white Chads?

blacks make up less than 20% of American population and whites make up like 60%. which is rarer to find: an alpha black or a white Chad?

regardless i think the black alpha has a sociosexual advantage because they peacock and stand out better than a white Chad.
