tbh East Asians do seem more explosive than Indians and have faster twitch muscles, meaning they build muscles faster and are probably stronger/faster, but idk about endurance.

I have naturally low muscle mass but wideish frame and narrow hips. I would say I have naturally high body fat but I adapted to eating less calories after leanmaxxing very easily. And I used to be anorexic as a child so unsure
