I need bimax and am wondering who I should look into within my country? One that does Bimax CCW, I know lots of surgeons don’t offer that type as it is a bit more advanced, so who should I check out? Would prefer to stay in Canada because that way I can likely get the surgery for free, or very cheap, I’d also be fine with going to another country as long as the surgeon is very good, and it would be under $10k, so definitely not gonna go to the US for surgery. Any recommendations?
