Alfaro mogs all other surgeons to dust.
Raffaini? Where are the results? He has like 5 published male results over a 30 year career. 2 are SFS, which tend to have great results. One is Class III, which also tend to have good results. One is his nephew and it was more than one surgery and not just DJS. And the one birdcel had just average results. There's a result on the facebook group. It's okay. Someone on jawsurgeryforums said they saw more B&A at a consult and they were just okay, too. Birdcel is the real test of a surgeon.
