Im mostly interested in orbital implants. Any specific one you would suggest for this kind of work? Thanks ill look into them

Orbital implants in Italy you should see at ortognatica Roma or Armellini but probably the best option is fat grafting, you need an appointament with a good surgeon, you cannot decide about yourself what is good or not because you are not a doctor.
