Nvm, just Southern Europeans in general so French and Basque along with Italy. I also found that the UK has a short height as well but this may be due to Ethnics skewing the demographics causing such a discrepancy in height.

Pretty sure Spaniards and Italians are pretty short, even the more pure blooded white ones are typically like 5'4-5'7
