I just heard back from Andreishchev and he is willing to do bimax on me. He said to email him photos of males whose faces have an amount of forward growth that I'd like to replicate.

One of the first names that comes to mind is Henry Cavill. But who else should I send in photos of?

BTW, he asked how much advancement I'd like to get, and I told him 10 mm, which was suggested to me by someone on another forum. He said that's the only thing he's worried about, since he thinks 10 mm is a lot.

So besides Cavill, who else's photo should I send him? Barrett?

No, I'm going to scrap the jaw implant if I do bimax. I have a strong feeling that I'll regret it if I don't do bimax first and then have the jaw implant put in later. I'm literally at the point where I'm very close to paying for bimax surgery and scheduling it for April or May (it would cost even less than getting the rest of the jaw implant put in).

I don't mean that I want to get literally the same amount of forward growth as Barrett, he just said to email photos of guys who have lots of forward growth so that he can have an idea of what sort of result I'm going for.
