But I think it wouldn't make much difference.

The thing is if you're a white female, why would you wanna go for an ethnic over a white man? Sure if its a Tyrone, Chaddam or whatever. But how many are there? Not every Negro is some 6'5 dude in the NFL or NBA.

I don't think white females are more "loyal". Its rather they have insane standards that most ethnics are already out of the running from the start.

Assuming the numbers are accurate, you have to look at the column "Number of Births with Non Hispanic White Females in 2016-2018", then sum up column total. This is the number of births white females make in the US. After you have the column total, then look at the number when father race is black and how many births with non hispanic white females which is 58111. Now take that number and divide by the column total.

So in the end you get (assuming I'm understanding this correctly): (58111)/(1768167) = 0.03. So 3% of births are black father + white mother. This is based on the total number of births white females in the US makes though. But if you look at the number of total births black men in the US makes, then it is indeed true that 12% of them are with white women.
