Who can do U shaped osteotomy

I know my bro Giant can do U-Shaped Osteotomy (USO) of the paransal area.
I asume that is with pagnoni in italy and ercin in turkey.
Not sure if ramieri x giant can do that.
Now question is who else besides alfaro can do it?
Raffiani? Safi? Austrian Secret Surgeon?
Can they do it as its a realitively easy surgery?

As long as he operates on me. Name me a good EUROPEAN surgeon who does what i tell him to do and i go there. Raffiani seems to be the best.
I might also consult with pagnoni and some local surgeons.
Pagnoni x giant seems the best but raffiani is best surgeon and he is very good at rhinoplastys.
