I'd say your eye area is fine overall, you just have wide-set brown eyes.

people here have really mixed rateing for my face ranging from low mtn to cl but low htn is most common bust most people say my eyes and nose are the problem

You are nowhere near LTN jfl. I'd say low-HTN is the most accurate especially at your height. And yes your eyes (wide-set) and your big nose are the problem.
