Alright thanks to everyone on here it seems the best move for me to make is to get double jaw surgery. Now I have been preparing for this with an orthodontist and have been lining up my teeth properly for surgery. However the other day he said that he doesn’t see much of a problem and him and the surgeon said I don’t really need a surgery. Now they are looking at it from a functional perspective and not a cosmetic. However the surgeon said he could do some things to make me look better which is exactly why I’m getting to the surgery which for some reason he can’t understand. My question is should I be getting double jaw from a local surgeon who isn’t black pilled or look outside my state for a black pilled surgeon? And no I don’t mean they literally have to know what the black pill is lmao you get what I mean

SINS AND WOLFIE ONLY

Bro what kiind of difference the surgeons are gonna do for god sake.

Just tell him (as an example) 5mm lefort1(with your rotation) and 5mm bsso, every surgeon will give you the same result.

Surgeons are bluepilled and don’t understand male anteface and aesthetics. I have a slight underbite and the surgeon wanted to move my mandible back. They study for 10+ years cutting skulls in half to get a betabuxx wife when they’re 40.

You are right about them being bluepilled.

What I mean just say him to move maxilla and mandible forward, worst he can do is reject you, which he probably wouldnt.

It’s only 1-2mm underbite so I don’t really care to get surgery for it anymore. Even if you ask them to advance the maxilla they won’t fix the rotation and the cut will be so low that nothing would change. If you ask for a bimax they will call you crazy and say “It’s a big surgery for just aesthetics. You look good now.”

Look for a blackpilled surgeon PLEASE, but make sure you compare rates and they don't overcharge

LoL at the names being thrown out. This forum has a thing for surgeons that belong in a nursing home instead of an OR. Do a virtual consult with Gunson for a few hundo, then if you like his plan but can't afford him, find a reputable local surgeon willing to copy the movements he proposed for you or execute something similar.

Also we can get the full plan like this and give that to a local surgeon.

Of course you are probably more knowledgable than I am, so I would like to hear your opinion.

Bro you don’t realize how disrespectful it is to bring another surgeons plan to a new surgeon. That surgeon you give Gunsons plan is gonna be butthurt and won’t even listen to you. Each surgeon has their own abilities and will perform/plan to their abilities...

Thank you. Anyway, I am clearly failing in my intention to educate this community. Common sense is not so common, apparently.

Besides, I keep declining patients from this board because of this ...

You certainly know as a doctor, that the operation has been unchanged for years. Skills are the only legit reason. Technology cannot be a problem unless he plans to operate in a third world country.

Yes, but doctors share these studies, any surgeon who is interested in what is new in the field could do it, if he is skilled enough.

It sounds like you push some kind of agenda against your competition.

I’m not saying that I’m better... anyway, I’m ignoring this thread from now on
