Pretty sure that it's guaranteed to expand lower dental arch. If it becomes bigger than upper arch you have a problem

yes but perhaps they push all the teeth back inward while i still keep the jaw/chin gains

You have to get an orthodontist to approve of you getting MSDO and then he would send you to a surgeon
