Diet is hardest part I listed for a year straight 5 days a week push/pull I made alot of strength gains and got pretty shredded yet only weighed 132 pounds still shit was fucked bro I have to eat so many calories to gain weight and have very little appetite I'm srs about the roids but of course natural gains are better
I'm the same as you. I lifted for about 4 years with not many gains (i still looked like i lifted but nothing impressive) then as soon as I'm counting my calories (consuming 4000 calories per day atm) i have started to gain fast. You have to do whatever it takes

Yeh I was always weaker,slower and smaller up until 8th grade I wanna say I was like 15.5 my height grew pretty quickly after that to 5'7 from 5'5 rn I'm 5'11.5 still steady growing a bit latest recorded growth was a couple months ago gotta recheck again. I still stayed skinny and weak tho but gym helped with that
