I need a septorhino. I can get the septo part in my country (Australia) for free on medical grounds but they won't do any cosmetic work cheap...

My nose is fucked.
- nose is deviated in like 3 different directions according to x-ray
- uneven nostrils
- feminine upturned tip


Completely ruins my harmony

I don't want to spend 20k....
