I know of 4 guys who specialize in the procedure in the US: Eppley, Yaremchuk, Dhir and Kulbersh. Yaremchuk and Dhir are on the more expensive side, and Eppley and Kulbersh are on the cheaper side. (Granted I have only read about 1 account from a Kulbersh patient, and who got the procedure a few years back.)
